Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Wooden Mango, every piece of furniture is handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural materials. Our products are not mass-produced — they are thoughtfully made with time, effort, and craftsmanship.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and each piece carries its own unique character.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Handmade Nature of Products

All Wooden Mango furniture is handcrafted by local artisans, many of whom come from rural communities.

Due to the handmade process:

· Slight variations in shape, finish, polish, carving, or texture may occur.

· Natural wood grains, knots, and minor irregularities are part of authentic craftsmanship.

These variations are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for return or exchange.

2. Color Variation

Product images on our website are taken under professional lighting conditions. Because of differences in:

· Photography lighting

· Screen settings on phones or computers

· Natural wood absorption of polish

Slight color differences between the image and the actual product may occur.
Such variations are natural and not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Respect for Artisan Craft

Every Wooden Mango product is crafted with care and dedication by our artisans.

We request our customers to consider the human effort and craftsmanship behind every product before requesting a return, as unnecessary returns directly impact the livelihood of the artisans who create these pieces.

4. Damaged Parts Replacement

If any specific component of the furniture arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement for the damaged part, wherever possible.

Examples include:

· Sofa legs

· Bed components

· Table legs

· Hardware fittings

· Structural panels

Our team will guide you through the replacement process.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any damage or defect claim:

· A complete unboxing video is mandatory.

· The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the product condition.

Without an unboxing video, no refund, replacement, or exchange request will be accepted.

6. Valid Reasons for Return / Exchange

Return or exchange requests will only be accepted under the following situations:

· Completely damaged product during transit

· Major manufacturing defect

· Incorrect product delivered

· Missing essential components

All cases will be reviewed by our quality team before approval.

7. Reporting Time

Any issue with the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Include the following details:

· Order ID

· Clear photos of the issue

· Unboxing video

· Description of the problem

Requests reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.

8. Size & Space Responsibility

All product dimensions are clearly mentioned on the website.

If the product does not fit your room, doorways, staircase, or space, it will not qualify for return or exchange.

Customers are advised to measure their space carefully before placing the order.

9. Customized & Made-to-Order Furniture

For orders placed after one-on-one consultation or customization discussions, the following applies:

· Design details are finalized with the client before production.

· Fabric, finish, size, and specifications are approved by the client in advance.

· Production begins only after design confirmation and approval.

Since these products are made specifically for the client, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has started or the product is delivered.

However, after-sales service and support will always be provided if required.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the product is already being handcrafted.

11. Refund Process

If a return request is approved after inspection:

· Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

· Refund will be issued via the original payment method

12. Natural Wood Characteristics

As Wooden Mango furniture is made from real wood, the following are natural characteristics:

· Wood grain patterns

· Minor texture differences
