4. Handmade Craftsmanship

Because each piece is handmade:

5. Order Placement

When placing an order, customers must:

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture

Many Wooden Mango products are customized or made-to-order.

For customized orders:

· Fabric, finish, size, and specifications are approved by the client before production begins.

· Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Customized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in cases of major manufacturing defects or transit damage.

However, after-sale support and service will always be provided if required.

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Wooden Mango reserves the right to:

· Change product prices without prior notice

· Update product specifications when necessary

Orders will only be processed once the payment is successfully received.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible because production may have already started.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

9. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

· Customization requirements

· Location of delivery

· Logistics partner availability

While we strive to deliver within the promised timeline, delays may occur due to production schedules, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Wooden Mango will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping partners.

10. Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery.

To raise any claim related to damage or defect:

· A complete unboxing video must be recorded

· The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Without an unboxing video, damage claims cannot be processed.

11. Damaged Parts Replacement

If a product arrives with a damaged component, Wooden Mango may offer replacement for the specific damaged part instead of replacing the entire product.

Examples include:

· Sofa legs

· Bed frames

· Hardware fittings

· Panels or structural parts

Our support team will assist in resolving such issues promptly.
